Web Development: Edison’s Coffee Shop Website Launch

At Kidwells, we specialise in creating websites that bring businesses to life online, and developing a website for Edison’s Coffee Shop in Hereford was an exciting and collaborative journey. Edison’s, a local favourite based on the Rotherwas Estate, offers sit-in meals, food deliveries via their growing fleet of vans, and catering for events. Their new website captures the essence of the café, combining both design and functionality to reflect the vibrant atmosphere that draws in loyal customers.

We worked closely with James, the café’s owner, to ensure the website showcased the heart of Edison’s – from their welcoming shopfront to the services they provide. The site includes essential pages such as Home, Services, Menus, and a Contact page, all designed with a user-friendly layout to make navigation seamless for customers.

As part of the process, we helped James transfer his domain to our hosting service, ensuring a smooth transition. We also arranged for a professional photographer to capture the café’s unique atmosphere, with candid shots of staff and key products, bringing the site to life with beautiful visuals. Edison’s now has a robust online presence, complete with regularly updated services and menus to keep customers informed.

This project has been a pleasure from start to finish, and in addition to the website, we continue to manage Edison’s social media accounts. It’s always rewarding to work with one client across multiple projects, ensuring consistency in their digital presence. If you would like to take a look at their website, you can do so here.
